Listen in as Ivan Williams, Chief Medical Radiation Scientist at ARPANSA, talks about their graduate program, which takes students each year and runs for two years. The program includes some formal university learning, but it's predominately in-house learning, where graduates transition throughout different areas and sections within ARPANSA and work on ongoing and new projects with guidance by staff of all levels and oversight by a section head.
