    • Brainstorm the why: what our leaders and internal stakeholders are driven by

    • Foster a growth mindset and team culture of inquiry

    • Group Activity: Uncover the stinky fish, an exercise in building a growth mindset

  • • Examine the factors at play when undertaking tasks including gold-plating and scope creep

    • A structured approach to analysing effort and detail required when approaching tasks and requests using the ‘energy line’

    • Group Activity: Clarifying scope

  • • Exploring the linkages behind your teams and the structures that support them, including a group dependency mapping exercise

    • Exploration with mini activities to understand best practice habits formation including agile and design thinking methodologies

    • Group Activity: Prototyping and Retrospectives

  • • Explore healthy discussions and communicating in trusting teams for better strategic outcomes including establishing mutual understanding and decision-making quickly

    • Group Activity: Whole group simulation involving opportunities to communicate for strategic collaboration and shared success
